⭐☆☆☆☆ – Terrible Service, Avoid at All Costs

Mid-Mountain Coffee Repair came to service our machine and convinced us to swap it for a “better” one, free of charge. The new machine didn’t work from the start. When we asked to get our original machine back, they ignored our calls. After finally getting through, they promised to come and fix the broken machine—but never showed up.

We’ve been left without a working coffee machine and zero accountability from them. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Would not recommend. Easily lost hundreds of dollars due to a down machine.

Failed to fix the steamer after 2 months and when it was returned with wires still disconnected internally it caught fire when turned on to make espresso shot. A year has passed and I’m still annoyed thinking about this tool.
