Don’t take advice from Joshua had some plates cut with 51 diameter hole this is what it came out like this didn’t fit over the part. I said one that had to be accurate. He told me that it waivers but then asked what millimetre I said eight mil he said that should be fine so I went ahead once I got the products back they had not clean the dags off. Said what he said on the phone and then basically called me a liar I’ve spent over 20 grand at this place and I am very very very disappointed as I’ve spent a lot of time fixing them which is cost me more money because he told me they didn’t have the facilities to fix the hole

I called up wanting 2 sheets of stainless steel and was given a price over the phone. When I went in to pick it up, I double checked to make sure the price i was given over the phone was the same, and it was and no one told me any different. A week later I was called and basically accused of not finalising the account, which I was super confused about because I was given the price 2 times before I purchased them and given the sheets without any dramas. They said I had payed for only 1 sheet instead of 2 so basically the price I was told twice by 2 seperate people was actually meant to be double. Thought it very poor that you wouldn't clarify the price you are giving when a customer asks multiple times. This was incredibly annoying because obviously the sheet was already used when they called so it wasn't like I could return it, I just had to fork out the couple hundred for it. Super frustrating that from their stuff up I had to pay a lot of extra money that I was not expecting at all. Not helpful at all, would not recommend.

Friendly, quick service, happy to serve me even for a small order. Certainly going back. After reading bad reviews here I went to Atlas Stainless first in Burleigh - when they said they had what I wanted on the phone only to arrive (from a 30min trip) then find they didn't actually have it. Should have gone to Midway first.

Late and rude, delivery was booked in for Monday (now Wed), no phone calls, no emails, just kept passing around the phone hoping we would disappear. Quick to take your money though. Even had the nerve to say the steel would be cut for free (1 cut, 6mm). Merry Xmas!
