Great experience. Picked up so any tips for my beautiful new oven (will attend soon again for the combo convection/microwave "speed" session). Karen was excellent with her presentation and method of explaining the many symbols; congratulations Miele for offering such a wonderful opportunity to make the most of all the features in your incredible products.

Well my washer and dryer finally died. 22 years and 18 years old respectively. So it has been a while since I had to research and purchase something for the laundry. I did my research online and checked out Choice magazine comparison reviews and decided on Miele.
I popped into the Claremont showroom a couple of weeks ago and received wonderful service from Anna. What a delightful lady who really knew her stuff and made time to recommend what would suit our needs.
From the start to the ordering to the delivery and installation it has been a seamless service. My machines were delivered and installed today and are now quietly washing the first of many loads. Thanks Anna for your advice and Mitch for your great install.

We bought a dishwasher from the Claremont store on 14/02/25, the delivery date was 4/03/25, in the morning, we changed our appointments to ensure we would be home for the dishwasher.
After 12pm I rang the helpline who advised there is a delay and we now won’t receive the dishwasher until 10/03/25.
I then rang the Claremont store to ask why weren’t we advised, or why they couldn’t be bothered to tell us why the dishwasher wasn’t coming
Unfortunately I had to leave a message asking to ring back, but I’m yet to be contacted
Lots off talk of Miele wanting to rate how good their service is but yet to see it

spent a lot of time asking many questions about the products I was buying and she answered them all also she asked her colleague about some things she was not to sure about and gave me an answer and recommended a few people who could install the products. The service she provided was first class in every aspect of Miele."

Can you believe you can go into this store and be accused of stealing I purchased a bench top coffee machine and was not provided the coffee satchels as outlined by the lovely sales consultant, Taylor. We went back to the 'experience centre' to collect, and what an experience it turned out to be. The Manager, said he saw the coffee handed to me when purchased, and basically called me a liar and I was stealing. His attitude and conduct was the worst shopping experience I have ever endured, leaving me in tears. I am waiting to receive an apology when he speaks to the sales consultant on her return but with his lack of customer care and poor management skills, I will not be holding my breath. There are many other Miele stockists and I would recommend to avoid this store at all costs. Winning Appliances or Hart and Co I can highly recommend. If you could give them no stars on the rating, I would. I still cannot believe what actually happened, it was outrageous.

Fantastic service.
Our old Miele was on its way out and the call out service was hassle free. The Claremont store experience was incredible - service like this has unfortunately become rare in Perth. We were greeted by a lady (Anna) who was so incredibly knowledgeable about the product and spent so much time to ensure we selected the correct machine for our needs. She was friendly, personable and professional. The service call out fee was also credited towards the purchase of our new machine.
Could not recommend this store enough.

Great machines but very disappointing customer service. We bought a brand new washing machine and dishwasher from the store in Claremont and the customer service person only mentioned that both items were not in stock only after we paid for both machines. We paid for both machines and had to wait months to have them delivered and installed: this is not acceptable. I don't think that I will be going back to this shop and I will definitely suggest my friends to shop elsewhere.

Don’t buy any Miele products! They advertise that they last for 20 years and both my washer and dryer have lasted 8.5 years and 3 years respectively. Service is dreadful as well. I’m a very unhappy customer.
