They are very professional, everyone we met is very friendly, we've been using them since the beginning we moved. They installed the new hot water systems，changed toilets and water tap for us and some other small jobs. And this time they repaired our sewer. We are very happy with the quality they provide. They are the best

I had a blocked toilet in April of 2023. Warren came out to unblock it. 10 minutes and $550 later, the toilet was unblocked. I was then given a 'free' CCTV of my sewer pipes (it was raining and at night, so I did not see any of the footage). Was told of 2 'broken' pipes, as well as a dis-alignment of the sewer pipe at the toilet (which I already knew about). Warren gave me verbal pricing to fix both the 2 broken pipes and re-lining of the dis-alignment. This would be around $16k

I asked for quotes to be sent to me, so I could work out what I could afford to get fixed. No quotes received. I didn't bother to followup, as I had no further plumbing problems.

After another blocked toilet (not unexpected due to the dis-alignment), I called a different plumber, who fixed my blockage. I also decided that it was time to get this fixed (due to water under the house), so I had the toilet relined. The cost of which was HALF the verbal quoted cost from Milbur Plumbing last year.

This other plumber, also did not find any broken pipes, during his CCTV footage (on 2 different occasions).

Looking back with this new information, I was clearly lied too. And potentially ripped off. I'm glad I didn't bother following up those quotes.

From start to finish, they worked efficiently and effectively - delivering the highest calibre of installing my internal laundry and other small plumbing jobs.
