My review with Minidigital can only be at best a passing grade.
While I am annoyed by how I was treated by staff and the fact my phone is not completely repaired, the phone is at least usable and working. I would suggest keeping a record of all conversations with Minidigital IT in email format.

PROS:
- Good initial customer experience
- Off-market phone was, in the end, working and usable after repair.
- Generous discount due to long time frame and installation issues offered.
- Ongoing support regarding phone screen offered.

CONS:
- 2+ month period between point of deposit and point of repair complete.
- Did not occur to customer service to take initiative and let me know about delays.
- On phone pickup, screen not completely repaired. Phone screen lifts off, white dots on bottom of screen.
- "Memory lapses" by customer representative regarding point of deposit conversation.
- Rude mannerism at point of sale. Got the impression that "it's your problem, not ours", from sales representative. I was annoyed by this.

Editing Prior Statement:

The item has arrived albeit 3-4 months after ordering (my review was made prior to receiving the item). I've always emailed the receipt to minidigital and made sure it's known that I've paid for the item.

I'll bump my rating to 3 instead of 2 but I'll still be moving to another supplier. Thank you for the good service over 2~ years.

Ordered a battery for an Iphone 5C and got it already delivered the next day. Than it appeared I had ordered the wrong battery. The communication was very quick and supportive and was able to swap it for the right one. Thanks great customer service.

I have had a number of phones repaired here over the years. Saved me heaps of money and always on time and as promised. I’ve bought things and had help with them putting things together that I wouldn’t get elsewhere. The guys explain the options and to a non tech person that’s helpful.

Bought a samsung screen from here. Didnt work first try. Upon asking the owner was very arrogant in that it works. Didnt test fully installed. Turns out i had to put electrical tape over an exposed chip of the screen because when the phone put together it shorts out with the main board. All working fine now. The guy on the front counter was very helpful but will never buy from here again. Bad customer service and cheap over priced products.

My Samsung S5 "died" and they fixed it for free in 30 seconds. Saved me a fortune as I was only half way through a 2 year Telstra plan and out of warranty. Will go there again definitely.
