This place genuinely deserves a 0 star rating.

If you are reading this review for the purpose of either employment or to purchase their product, please think otherwise. Factory staff hold a strong resentment for office staff/management to the point where there is 0 care when it comes to manufacturing. Production manager finds joy in belittling the staff members under him & the product is almost always sub-par. I would stay as far away as possible from this company, as there is no care from warehouse staff in regards to quality of product output.

If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I definitely would for this poorly run, disgusting, money-hungry business.

The communication and attitude from the owner, Anthony, have been absolutely terrible.

It took them 4 months just to start production on the products I needed to service the roller doors at my supermarket, and in that time one of my doors snapped in half because they failed to service it when I initially requested it. Despite already paying a $4000 deposit, they have now invoiced me $440 for a call out fee just to reiterate information I had already provided them via phone and email.

I had to follow up with them via email 7 times and make 8 phone calls before any progress was made.
Additionally, the owner is more interested in reinstalling the faulty door I currently have instead of upgrading it to something stronger, presumably so they can continue making money off of consistently fixing it rather than providing a long-lasting solution.

DO NOT use this company.

EDIT: Have just been quoted $4700 to fix ONE door that THEY fault to service 4 months ago when requested. What an absolute joke!

Do not call them, unless you want to be ripped off. They came to my shop quoted $852.5 for repair with 3weeks waiting time. Had someone repaired the door for $130 the next day. Now this company wanted $440 for quoting the job.

I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. We've had to use them because there isnt any other option, but quality of the doors are shocking, job is never correctly completed first go, they don't return phone calls and there call out fee is astronomical. $330 for a little spray in a hole that still continues to be an issue.

I wish to confirm other reports. This company has been terrible to deal with. Poor products. Donโ€™t return calls. Very costly call out fee to look at something which should be covered by warranty. (It turns out there was an easy fix to my problem but there was no way they would mention that - a colleague with another door told me! - mirage just wanted my money without having to help in any way). Donโ€™t make the same mistake we have. Itโ€™s just a shame thereโ€™s no rating less than one star.

Beware of this company, products are poor quality, service is deceptive and dishonest.

The quality of their products are poor. We have multiple sites, using commerical brands like Mirage, Dynamic, custom fabricated setups etc.

Our Mirage doors lasted less than 2 years before the plastic handles began to deteriorate and break, eventually the locking mechanism jammed up and our staff could not effectively open/close the store. It seems the commercial success of their business model relies on their products becoming defective, so they can then charge exorbitant service fees - minimum $350 for a callout and first 30min ++.

Once the technician arrived, they were observed to do nothing effective for first 1hr and 15min, not addressing the actual issue of the key barrel and jamming.

After trying to convince one of our younger staff members on shift that they needed to come back because they did not have the correct part (thus another fee, which would total over $800 at this stage to fix their own door), the staff member was confused. We had already sent photos and a full description of the issue prior to the job.

Our staff member sensed something was dodgy, so called our manager and after the technician spoke with manager for 5 mins, the technician miraculously "found" the part to complete the job in his vehicle. Our logs and footage shows the ACTUAL job to fix the locking mechanism was completed in less than 20minutes.

They proceeded to charge the full 2 hours @ $660. If we had not spoken with them and the staff member was not aware enough to call, they would have added another callout fee to "complete the job" at another date, bringing total to over $1000.

We will be seeking advice on this transaction as a possible scam. This company's products are poor, and the service is deceptive at best.

We are a Small business inside the shopping Center, this door and lock are provided by the shopping Center. We did not choose this brand.

Terrible quality of door provided. Within the first 3 years of the new door they installed, we have multiple problem with their door. It is very difficult to lock both sides of the door at the same time. And until recently we cannot even insert our keys into the lock. The quoting price of coming to just look at the problem is 350 for the first 30 minutes!! Not included anything.

Very bad quality and service, do not recommend business!

Mirage Doors supply garage remotes for a complex with many residents. A new garage remote stopped working in under 6 months from purchase date. We asked if they would be able to supply a replacement remote which they agreed to, however are asking for a $300 programming fee to have the remote programmed..
