I contacted the provider to let them know I couldn't attend an appointment and ask to change to a closer location. I spoke to Daniella. She was very rude, made up excuses why I couldn't be transferred, wanted me to come in for unnecessary appointments and filed a report with Centrelink so my payments were suspended which they never removed. Not recommended and was eventually transferred to somewhere closer.
