Beautiful place to eat with lots of option to choose from for breakfast, lunch and light snacks

It's very convenient being inside the shopping centre as you can go grocery or shopping afterwards Its just across Coles

I love the crab salad 🥗 and the mud cake slice yummy

Big breakfast is yummy as well

We were in Miss Mauds Thurs 13th Feb approx 10.30 for coffee. We were served by an amazing young lady & I very sorry I didn't get your name. She looked at us, had a lovely smile,
looked like she enjoyed her job, was very efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Congratulations yours a credit to yourself & your family. Miss Mauds are very lucky to have you on staff , your a breath of fresh air!!!!!!

So incredibly disappointed in this place, it is really insulting to be standing there for 10 mins waiting to be served at the service glass and have staff look at you but leave you standing there, to than walk around into the restaurant and wait to be served but be ignored by several staff, this has happened a few times in the last few weeks and I am absolutely over it, wont be coming back! The food is mediocre at best and over priced, they never remember to add sauce to your sandwich or toastie even though it states it has sauce and food is cold or dry and over cooked.

This Miss Maud is always very popular and quite busy. Food is always served nicely and tastes good. Seating can be a bit close to others but overall an ok experience.

Experience the full power of uninterested and idle useless staff at this food outlet . They had 6 staff behind the counter but only one was serving customers . The others would not even acknowledge that customers existed ! Trying to look anywhere but make eye contact with any potential new customer. Bloody hopeless . All I wanted was a ready to sausage roll and sauce . It took them 15 mins to sort that out . In the mean the me I saw 3 customers walk up wait and leave in desperation. 3 of us complained but it meant nothing to them . Get new staff , train them invv c the art of human communication. Pick up your game or go out of business .

Normally love coming here, foods always good and the staff are generally pretty nice. Unfortunately the older lady (Georgina) working the till was very rude to one of our party, and had a distinctly demeaning and unfriendly attitude. I hate to complain about customer service as I spent 4 years in the industry myself, but her behaviour was unacceptable. Will not be back when she's working. Thanks to all other staff who were very kind

Myself , a colleague and a client attended here on 10/9/2021. The service was fine, but the food, well that was not. I ordered the Meatballs, as did my client , my colleague ordered a sandwich. The sandwich had very little filling in it, and the bread was old, as it was very dry. the meatballs were a letdown also. $19.00 for small portion of food. The mash potato is instant as well. We won’t be returning here again. Such a shame, as Miss Maud’s was always nice. Looks like the standards have slipped significantly.
