Shocking service. I went in today to get a battery replaced on my car key.

The guy told me it'll be $27 or something. I asked if that was just for the battery and he said no it's for the supply, install, replacement, warranty etc (keep in mind you get warranty with the battery anyway and install/replacement is the same thing he was just trying to pump it up). When I asked how much just for the battery alone it was like $7.

He wanted to charge me $20 per key to put the battery in for me. I took it home and did it in 30 seconds. Take note all, don't get shafted when they tell you how much to replace a battery and don't clarify that they are charging 4x the price just to put it in for you!!

I had just come from buying an entire car battery where even they fitted it for free!

I got a new car key made on Saturday, but when I got home I realised that the key casing was cracked. I went back in today and Jordan was happy to fix it for me, no dramas! Thanks again for fast and excellent service.
Also wanted to add, that a few weeks ago I was having an issue with my old key (turns out it was a car issue in the end), I went in and the guy working tested it for me for free and assured me that my key battery was fine and I didn't need a replacement. I ended up getting a new key made as a spare but was happy to know he wasn't just trying to get a sale out of me and was genuine.

Incompetent & deceitful . Took watch there Mon 3/2/2025 for new battery. I watched the man take it apart , he put small items in shallow trays on mat, then he rested his arm over the parts, when he went to assemble it again he went looking for parts said he found them. He put it together minus the battery hold down clamp , probably on the floor , then he said the watch was ready to go. It will NEVER work without that clamp.
( DECEITFUL / INCOMPETENT ) I took it back a short time later told them it was not working. They took it apart again, found the clamp was missing, then they said, they could send it to their watch maker for a quote for ME to pay to fix the watch they broke, of course I said NO. They handed me my broken watch and said sorry, no refund of battery, NOTHING . I took it to a watch maker in Ipswich had it fixed for only $ 50 .No point going back to ask them to pay that. They took NO RESPONSIBILITY for breaking my expensive watch .

Took my ‘hit and miss’ car key into the team, and James was able to pull the key apart, found the culprit (loose battery clip), and re-solder it back onto the circuit board. All within about 10 minutes. Key works perfectly now - absolute legends and can’t recommend them more!

Today I went to mister minit for my brother’s 30th gift and with our mum recently passing away I wanted to create something special. Showing them my mums finger print and her hand writing and hoping they would be able to laser them onto a key ring. They created exactly what I had pictured, it was perfect. When I went to pay he insisted that I wasn’t to pay, I walked away with tears in my eyes, how heartwarming it is to have such kind people like this. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Thought I needed a new battery in watch but the nice man tested it and it was fine so it was the watch no good, he never charged for the time he spent on testing it even it took up his time on a busy Saturday morning nice to see its not all about money very helpful and honest.
