Went to get my boyfriend’s watch fixed. Woman who served us was highly rude and hostile. Ended up going somewhere else. Will not be seeking your services again. Do not recommend.

Popped the back of my watch off to replace my battery and couldn’t get it back on. The guy I gave it to put it back on in 5 seconds and didn’t charge me! Great service, planning to go back there in the future 🙂

I stupidly took a dip with my car keys in my pocket. Walked home and rode bike to Mr Minit in Secret Harbour because the website says open at 9am. By 10am, still waiting and no-one showed up so rode home. Had to call centre Management to find out what was going on because the Mr Minit phone number was “unavailable”. Centre management couldn’t help either. I understand things happen but perhaps if the worker is not able to attend the store, maybe at the very least put a phone message on the phone to alert customers. Or even alert Centre management. I estimated 20 people were waiting around for someone to attend the shop. Next stop will be a mobile locksmith. Costly mistake 😕

Really sad that I have to provide negative feedback to a local business, as we are all about supporting locals. I just want everyone to be aware so they dont make the same mistake.

Unfortunately my wife didnt realise that I had already purchaced some batteries for our daughter and went to Mister Minit (Secret Harbour) to purchase them as well. On me explaining that I had already bought them my wife returned to the store (4 minutes after purchacing them) explaining what had occurred asking if she would be able to please get a refund. The Manager of the store told her that they dont do refunds and that she should have been more aware. After my wife explaining that she didnt think that this was right the manager repeated "well you should be more aware" over and over again.
On me contacting the manager to try and resolve the issue she advised that they do not provide any guarantees or refunds, however on me enquiring as to whether they display their refund policy she quickly changed her stance advising that "normally they would provide a refund however not in this case due to my wifes behaviour" which was not inappropriate just simply upset and frustrated on purchasing something 4 minutes ago and not being able to return it.

Such a shame this couldnt simply have been resolved at the time!

We have relied on this shop a number of times over the years however we wont be going here again or referring any of our friends.

Excellent service..cut 2 x car keys for a classic car ,I provided the key blanks and they took the time to cut them correctly and they work perfectly.Great service thankyou 🙏

Very pleased with Mister Minit’s customer service today. I asked to replace my stainless steel watch strap for a leather one as the stainless steel felt clunky and uncomfortable. I was able to choose from a variety of leather watch straps. After fitting one for me I was unsure of it’s appearance and came back later in the day and asked if Mister Minit could fit a different leather strap for me. He did this free of charge. I am fully satisfied with my new leather watch strap and love it’s tanner colour.
