Very impressed with Tom's engraving. I was not expecting such calligraphy! To be honest I was nervous getting expensive jewellery engraved but he showed me an example of his engraving skills and went to work. Extremely good pricing too. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I just had the old watch my mom gave me a few years ago fixed and changed the band. Now it looks brand new! I’m happy to be able to wear this watch again.

Pretty dissappointed with the service here. I had an expensive watch engraved for a birthday present. The engraved message had 2 lines, one line was very feint, the other was engraved clearly. When I commented on it, the sales guy told me, that it's very difficult with "so much text"... "Happy Birthday Dad" isn't a lot of text. I happen to understand a bit about laser engraving, and the choice of text was a weak excuse. A better reason is that the material on the back of the watch may be harder or softer than others or may have a coating. Sadly, there are no disclaimers or samples available to help with your decision, it's very much a case of "hope and pray". If you're getting dog tags engraved, then you'll be fine, If you're getting an expensive gift engraved - go elsewhere.

This is my first ever review after living 10 years in Australia!
Waiting for 28 days and being charged $87 for a simple watch glass replacement,this is what I receive!
It was a14 year old gift.
An unprofessional repairer uses to much chemicals and don't know what to do with his mess!?
Just to send it back , maybe the costumer is dumb enough and will accept it like this!
Yellow dirty line around the glass with numbers and marks being deleted,scratched!
It was supposed to be a simple glass replacement!
On the website it says PROFFESSIONAll… and after waiting for 28 days it ends up with an unprofessional contractor!!!
Asked the staff there about it and the other staff started to fool me with rubbish reasons!
Without even calling or asking someone.
So asked him to be quiet and I wont talk to him anymore.
Thought that watches are only available in Australia and foreigners have not seen a watch in their life!
Today I read a few reviews here about a few of them have attitudes.
The nice staff contacted the contractor after asking his number from Westfield Carindale branch and on the phone the contractor said it could be moisture…!
What does moisture have to do with it!!?
It was clean,clear and everything was readable.
If it was moisture which is not,why did not you call me and asking for further steps or after receiving the watch at first place or even when you opened it!?
At the end I refused to accept the watch and received another receipt for cleaning their mess and told them that I will make a complain.
The nice staff said either the contractor has to fix it or he has to provide you with a new watch.
I want my own watch fixed!!
The other staff apologised but I was too upset to accept.

Bought replacement garage remotes off the guys there. They said the garage remote was super easy to pair to my Stodart garage motor. However once running through the instructions given the remotes did not pair.

I took it back as the remotes would not pair at all. Even after following the instructions they gave me on the business card and the instructions on the Stoddart website.

I was told that they are not refundable and I would have to pay more to get genuine one or lose my $150+. Didn’t realise buying garage remotes meant signing a contract regardless of the outcome. Very disappointed as this situation is not my fault and now I’m being forced to pay extra for it. Should have read the other reviews before purchasing.

One of the garage door remote controls needed to be replaced because the cover was broken. I took it there and immediately were told no repair is offered and I have buy a new one for $89.95 dollars. He also said he won't program it and I have do it myself searchung on You Tube. Reluctantly accepted and paid for it but changed my mind within an hour and asked if it can be returned. The answer was a short no. When I reminded the person that I bought it from him less than an hour ago he said we don't refund if customer change their mind. However, there was no sign anywhere in the shop saying that.

After being told three different shops couldn't help these guys came in and solved the issue with ease and had multiple solutions if the first didn't work, not only was the service amazing the great work came with handsome smiles and humor, 10/10 will return for all my key/shoe/knife needs

I am very, very disappointed with the service I received at Mister Minit. I brought in my brand new Salvatore Ferragamo shoes into the shop, and asked the gentleman what the process was for putting some protection on the bottom. He said that it just involved cutting a piece of rubber-type fabric and sticking it on - not once did he mention that he would be sanding the existing leather (on the never-worn shoes) or cutting leather pieces/chunks off to do so. I mentioned that these shoes were special to me, but the gentleman did not seem to care.

When I got them back, I was horrified - they had completely cut off a chunk off the existing leather, scratched the leather that was already there, and left glue residue EVERYWHERE. I can't even try to take/scratch it off myself.

It seemed like the guy just wanted to make a quick buck off me and didn't really care about my item, even though they were absolutely brand new and never worn. I understand that it is partly my fault for not doing enough research - I didn't realise that they would be this rough handed and uncaring about their customers and their items. I should have gone to a proper cobbler.

I wish that I had never gone to Mister Minit, just worn the shoes out and gotten them resoled when necessary. I was beyond upset with the job that they did. These were brand new shoes, and now they are ruined. I regret my decision so much. I do not recommend that anyone go here.
