Great place to buy tablets samsung 👌 👍 the staff are great knowledgeable they are great at their jobs better than telstra who try and sell you things you don't need Mitchell and brown have the best prices etc my recommendation is stay away from telstra they want to sell thing's you do not need samsung s9 tablets are great for book work yutube music drawing etc ask staff at Mitchell brown congratulations to the staff at Mitchell and brown they were kind polite helpful a credite to their jobs and store

Terrible, walked in looked around at washing machines, decided on 1 and no sales staff were available to assist, went to the opposition there service was just as good so returned to M&B only to again have no assistance until our son chased down a person to assist us. Local business wonders why you buy online and have it home delivered even if it is for a small fee, today is an example of why. Well done for the great experience 🤔

We needed some help today to set up and activate a mobile phone we bought for my friend a few days earlier. Today we were greeted by a young man named Cairo. He was very efficient, more than happy to explain and help two old dodgers who had no idea. Thank you Cairo, it was an absolute pleasure to be attended by you. Note to manager, this young man knows exactly what customer service is about.
