Appalling service. My vehicle desperately needed transmission fluid. I purchased it here on the late afternoon of Sun 22/01/2023. I needed a piece of paper to make a funnel to pour the fluid into the transmission. The female consul operator refused my request for a piece of paper. Only after reminding her of her shocking customer service and refusing to help a customer in need with a simple piece of paper did she provide me with some. I will never go to that Mobil again.

Great food and awesome customer service, been fuelling here for years. I do have one suggestion for a 5 ⭐️ review and that would be to add some designated heavy vehicle parking either in front driveway or on the main road frontage as a lot of us in trucks travelling to and from the quarries would love to pull up to collect smoko and lunch but there isn’t anywhere to park a big rig!

The staff at the cafe are rude, one continued to halve her buns the other was busy talking, ordered two chicken dim sims, cup of chicken chips & large capacinno that coffee was the worst I've ever tasted and the service pathetic too say the least, the next time I visit mobil Edmonton will be too put in a complaint about the two women on duty this morning hopefully something will be done about this

Once ran out of fuel when my gauge said i still had half a tank, walked km's in the pouring rain to get there and realised my card was left in my car (i know that is my fault), they wouldn't accept my wallet and brand new iphone for collateral nor take card details from my missus over the phone so I had to walk back to the car and then back again to the servo in the rain. I know it is prob the policy and procedure but really a 1k phone and wallet with drivers license but the guys didnt care, if i had my car there and then fuelled up i would supplied my drivers license and filled a form.

Real rude service. Was waiting for ages and he decided to serve someone else first and then after that i was still waiting so I decided to ring the bell but he gave a rude response. If you're having a bad day at work don't put it on customers.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and well stocked. Easy access from service road to Edmonton or the highway. Busy location. Adequate parking. The only thing lacking is additonal Autogas (LPG) pumps.
