Very impressed with their customer service and After sale Care. I bought a water bottle for my son and within a month he broke the Lid and it started leaking. Contacted the company and they were able to send me a new lid through the warranty, fantastic service and great quality beautiful products!

Received faulty products in initial order - missing drawcord in lunch bag and scratched bowl. Re-sent by Montii-co, however it seems the quality is just bad.
Extremely poor quality sewing on lunch tote. Lunch bowl is definitely not leak proof. Will not purchase again.
Poor quality expensive products and poor customer support.

Best lunchboxes and drink bottles we have ever owned! My lunch sits in my hot classroom all day, and I decided to try MontiiCo ice packs to see if it works keep it cold. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. The ice packs still and ice in it when I get home around 5pm!!
I also bought new drink bottles for my daughter and I and love that there is no condensation from the double wall. They also stay chilled all day and my daughter loves that she can still have cold water at daycare by the afternoon. As a single mum, spending so much money on a drink bottle I was worried my daughter would drop at daycare and break scared me, however I don't regret it at all. She's dropped her bottle a couple of times now, but the quality is unmatched and they really do last! Only regret I have is not buying her a larger size 😅
Overall, so impressed and have already bought some as gifts for friends too.

Absolutely outstanding service and excellent product! We accidentally ordered the wrong straw, but Chantal quickly resolved the issue and had the correct one sent out the very next day. The boys love their water bottles and they never leak, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend the zip up lunch bags. After trying many other brands, these are a stand out winner. The dimensions are just right to fit in everything they need while being just the right size to slide into a school bag. The ice bricks keep everything nice and cold, and usually come back still half frozen, even on a summer day.

With 5 kids value for money is important. Although we understand things dont last forever, the price we have paid I feel should have got us more. Less than 2 years ago we got lunchboxes and bags for all the kids. Keeping in mind the youngest 2 have hardly used their lunch boxes we have had the following problems
- 3 cold packs exploding. 1 was within 1 year
- 2 lunch bags mouldy despite washing
- 1 lunch box that is hardly used now wont latch
- dividers in one of the lunch boxes never fit right despite using other dividers and replacements
I was happy to spend the money we did hoping for longevity, cold packs are amazing but I am not sure we got value for money. With limited designs now I'm also disappointed at my replacement options.

We bought lunch boxes and backpacks for all 4 of our kids for this school year 2024-2025. Our twin boys got the same bag and we haven’t even made it through an entire year and both back packs are falling apart (zipper coming off of both bags and the one bag the strap clip part broke so he can’t even use it anymore)

The lunch boxes are good but the backpacks are terrible. Didn’t even last a school year.. I also can’t find any warranty or guarantee on their products to inquire about getting a new one. Very expensive for the quality.
