I visited last Saturday for my daughter, she had a fall from play centre and had a cut at the back of her head. I am grateful for the nurse and Dr Soe to check my daughter so quickly and confirm she would be okay, then the nurse carefully to treat and glue the cut for her. This means a lot for a worried sick Mother to have a professional to confirm that my daughter will be okay. Thank you.

I went to GP, I wanted request form for blood test and wanted general check up was told I had ro list my symptoms to get blood test done. Was advised if I list more than one symptoms I will have to pay extra (it was repeated 3 times), then was asked for my family history and with that was given only test for tyroid as for sure this is full check up. Issue is listening with understanding what patient require. Also I want to point it out receptionist are doing great job! I will not come back to same doctor.

I arrived 15minutes early for my initial appointment at the GP out of respect for the clinic's scheduled time slots, I was however, waiting for 45minutes with no warning of the wait times.
I was then told that there were still patients waiting before me, with no indication of when I would be seen by the practitioner.
A text message from the clinic to inform patients of wait times isn't a lot to ask for, failing that, a warning from the receptionist on arrival.
Seen as the clinic do not valve their patients time, I'll happily schedule appointments elsewhere.

Doctor Nay Win is awesome. The best doctor i have ever had. Easy to talk to, listens and had me rush to hospital from a pre existing condition. Its amazing when you actually have 2 functioning lungs! He knew there was something wrong and acted accordingly, and thank god he did. amazing work, and totally will recommend him and your practice

dr sivalpalian misdiagnosed my broken finger for an infection and said there was no need for an xray leading me to believe everything was fine, went for a second opinion at another medical practice after weeks of intense pain and the dr took one look at it and said it was broken get an xray now surprise surprise it was broken. pathetic! also the old south african receptionist was extremely rude for no reason, do not go here at all costs.

I have been attending here for more than ten years. I find the doctors I have visited over this time to be exceptionally knowledgeable with perfected bed side manner and patience, and reception is constantly under high paced pressure, but always very kind, helpful and efficient.

This is a great Medical Practice run by some great people. I was very luck to have been recommended to visit here by a friend. On many occasions now I have dealt with Dr. Mark Sweeney and Professor Miguel Fernandez and amazing is how I would sum up the work these people do.
