Great prices, lovely staff - new rewards system is great, however, if you lose or damage your card - look out, you probably won't get a replacement. Some staff, including the owner, will look you up in the system, others will say they can't and you need the card. It is frustrating to get the different responses depending who's on, and when there's no option for a replacement card, it's even more frustrating.
