Came here when it opened, revisited when they've got their bearings. One of the best breweries you can to, period. Beers are top notch, food is fantastic. One of the best meat burgers you can buy. Just enough fat to provide flavour. Atmosphere is great. Highly recommend, well done.

One of the breweries in Australia has opened an outlet in Redfern. Cnr of Regent and Boundary Street, this is a great place to try their core range and a couple of one-offs. I drank middies to try a wider range. Food is excellent and the staff are very helpful.

I've always loved the Katoomba pub, and the team have done an outstanding job recreating the feel and vibe here in Redfern.

On the second weekend after opening, the place was full at midday on a Saturday and they figured it out: there were no hitches or glitches or issues - just good service, amazing beer and a great atmosphere.

I wouldn't drive, Redfern station is a 5 minute walk away. Plenty of tables inside and a small outdoor section. Food is great and reasonably priced. Loads of different beer options, of course. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

This beer is out of this world, if your a fan of fresh, lush, and flavorful Hazys this is going to be your heaven! I first tried a limited release in Melbourne and immediately fell in love. I'm from SoCal and enjoy beer a bit too much, and this place absolutely blew away my expectations. Very reasonable prices, incredibly flavorful beers, seriously do yourself a favor and swing by, you won't be disappointed; and this is someone who ventured 30 minutes out of the way to check it out.

Can't speak for the food, but the vibe, quality, and service are some of the best in the industry. I hope I'll be able to snag Mt Culture in the USA soon enough, they'll make an enormous splash, and easily compete with brands like Garage Project, Buergon, and Tree house; this is a legend in the making.

This place is awesome! So glad they opened up in Sydney. The beer selection is amazing, really solid variety with plenty of the beers they are famous for. The staff are friendly and jovial. Plenty of space and seating. Location is a short walk from the train and bus making it convenient to reach. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Will become a regular go to and have already recommended to friends who love craft beer. Being gluten free I still had great drinks options and the food was awesome with plenty of options and great pricing and not all stodgy heavy stuff. You could share a half chook and zucchini salad and fries and have a round of drinks and come in under 100 for 2 people. Unheard of in Sydney for that quality. As a gluten free person special mention they had Noni’s bread. Best gf bread on the market. Impressive! Staff were all super friendly. Colorful/industrial fit. Works as an after work local, a friends out night hang and a “dinner at the pub with your teens because too lazy to cook that night”. They’ve nailed the approachability factor.

This is a showcase for Mountain Cultute beer, which provides a varied selection of craft beer. We sat & enjoyed quite a few & had the brisket sandwich & hummus dip as well. They are onto a great formula here, but the food could offer healthy choices.
