The absolute worst company you could have to manage your property, we have had years of mismanagement and high fees, have just sold the property and M property have deposited the last 9 weeks rent to someone else, when I asked them for it, was told I would have to wait until they have it returned to them.
Will be contacting the Ombudsman, avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely terrible service by the property agent "Sonny Broun" with no support from M/ Property. Consistently took months for any repairs at the house (didn't have air conditioning for 2 years despite us repeatedly telling them, fly screens were never repaired despite saying she had approval etc.), she never got the black mould removed despite us telling her that it was in the bedroom, subsequently our whole family getting sick. When we were moving out, she had a whole bunch of prospective renters come to the house on the day of our moving day but never showed up to support them - the renters found out she had moved the date to the following week but she never told them. At the end of the lease, she put an incredible amount of extras on top of our deposit, including getting an electrician to check lightbulbs rather than see if there were any working/not working just to jack the price up. Ridiculous and petty property manager, please beware.

My partner and I had Nicola as our Property Manager for our rental that we stayed the last 18 months in. After countless previous rentals with terrible managers (different companies) Nicola was absolutely amazing! If there was ever an issue it would be quickly solved with great communication - she and the team never left us in the dark. She made us feel comfortable in our rental and never talked down to us. If we ever were renting again I would purposely rent a property from M Property and Nicola!

TLDR; amazing company to rent from and I’m sure amazing to help rent out your property!
