Mr Brand Man was doing our work uniforms for 3 years. Unfortunately since changing owners last year with major change of staff, the service & experience has dropped dramatically.

The last order of 30 work shirts I supplied to them to be embroidered, were given back to me with 2 ruined shirts with poor embroidery and 4 others that had noticeable faults and discoloration from being clamped.

These damaged shirts were packed at the bottom of the sealed box when I picked up the order. I was not told there were any problems with the embroidery order when I picked up & paid in full.

Obviously I discovered the shirts when I was sorting them out to issue to my staff. I spoke to the new young girl at the counter the following day and was told the new owners would sort it out & replace the damaged shirts.

It’s been a year now and they didn’t contact me.

I’m not going back to them again. I drive right past their front doors to go to an embroidery service that actually knows they are doing and cares about their customers.

The turnaround time was very good too. Clothes were ready within a couple of days of the order. We will definitely be going back to them.
