We've bought there mainly for the calf liver. As Europeans, we love it but it's hard to get. Whenever I've bought other items, it's always been excellent. We value free-range, grass fed, no badies in our meat. While I'm not a huge ham fan at Christmas, Paul loves doing a ham during our Christmas break. It's the first time we ordered one from here. WOW! Yes, it was a premium price, but it was the best quality I've ever had and totally worth it. I loved that despite it being boneless, it was juicy and had heaps of flavour from the smoking process. I loved how lean it was (I can't eat fat and so there was no waste). Paul loved that it was so easy to prepare, as it was already skinned perfectly.
If I could, I'd give the ham 10 stars!. Thank you for a fantastic ham experience. I'm now a fan. We'll definitely order for next Christmas❣️❣️❣️

Such a great butchery! Everything is so tasty and fresh. If you try the Thai Chilli Lime Pork Ribs they are amazing! The service is quality too. The head butcher even walks you out the door. Best overall service we have experienced in a long time.
