MTB Construction built our second story house Renovation in 2022. The quality was beyond what we expected. Mark and his whole team were great to work with, and very professional. There were several trades involved in the overall construction and Mark made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe he initially gave to us. Mark was able to work with us on sticking with our budget and providing us suggestions and options for a beautiful and well managed build. Mark was always a pleasure to deal with and made the whole build seamless and easy ! Highly recommend his work and amazing results for any build !

We’ve now worked with Mark and his team over the past 2 years to help us make our renovations come to life with multiple extensions to complete our home. We couldn’t be happier with the way Mark worked with us, offered valuable suggestions and made sure his team delivered a quality result to create our family home. We initially contacted a number of builders who either over quoted, didn’t turn up, or weren’t willing to work with us. We chose Mark because of his amazing communication all throughout the project, his fair price and flexibility in working with us to deliver a staged approach, and what turned out to be fantastic quality work all throughout. We recently used Mark and his team to renovate and extend our deck and patio area. After speaking with multiple builders who told us the project was "a can of worms" Mark was the 1st to suggest making a hole to find out what we were working with. From then on he helped us negotiate with the (not so flash) draftsman and engineer we had already begun the process with (nothing to do with MTB) to make sure the plans were as we imagined and practical without blowing our budget. His communication is impeccable and the team of builders he employees are all friendly, respectful, professional and awesome at what they do. We also found the other tradesmen Mark suggested to be equally as impressive. From start to finish everything was within budget and on time. Would rate higher than 5 stars if we could! The finished project surpassed expectations and we would highly recommend MTB.

We used MTB for a range of jobs in a newly acquired house. Mostly carpentry, we were very satisfied with the job. Even though it was quite a small job, Mark visited beforehand to itemise exactly what he recommended and the associated costs. All work carried out to a great standard, our experience with Mark and the team was a good one.
