Several months ago debated the cost of a shot of caramel at this muffin break. Charged 90c and you can barely taste it. I asked the owner for extra and she said yes but it's another 90c! Then today the owner charged me 30c for a sprinkle of chocolate! Absolutely appalling! She said it was because I'd ordered a latte! If I'd ordered a cappuccino then no charge! 😡 The owner blamed the Muffin Break head office! I will never buy another thing from this Muffin Break again! I've already put in a complaint to head office. Will buy from Coffee Club in future! I've been a loyal customer of this particular store for years. Never have a problem with other Muffin Break stores. 🤷‍♀️

I have been going here for years but there is one lady who really doesn’t like her job. She is so rude & cold when she serves you every single time. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there and any request you make is like you are asking for a limb. She really makes you not want to go there. She is around 40-50s, dark hair with a fringe. So so rude.

Been going to Muffin Break Mirrabooka for years. Always best coffee. The last few weeks they have had a full cabinet and the muffins have been baked perfectly, with loads of blueberries and choc chips. Great work 🙂

I walk past quite often and miss out on the gluten free muffins. Goodness me I now know why 😊. Today I managed to get a lemon and coconut muffin and it was divine. So hard to find a decent gluten free muffin or cake. Thank you Muffin Break Mirrabooka you've made my day.

A big hats off to the staff this morning. I had a rude man push in front even though he asked beforehand hand whether I was waiting in line. I indicated to the serving girl what happened, she couldn't do much at the time but serve him. She was lovely when she served me. I think she told the baristers to make my coffee first as it came out before that self entitled man's! HAHA. Coffee was good, much better than Donut King's.
