A gorgeous old Pub in the process of being restored by a local farming family ..
They have there own locally brewed beer .. which is a very tasty ..
The meals are really great and a full Cafe operates for after hours ..
Flying to Mukinbudin was made really easy and being picked up by friendly staff from the beautiful old Pub was no problems at all..
I can strongly recommend a visit to this eastern wheat belt town ..

The hotel is becoming the town’s cafe (the town cafe recently closed). The cafe service is outstanding.
The food was good. We had a seafood basket (great, including the calamari rings ), with good chips; a generous serve of onion rings, a hamburger (great) and a steak sandwich (nice, but not as good as I was hoping - seemed to lack a flavour).

As mentioned the service was great and because of this I was loathed to mention that the steak sandwich was less than great - maybe they could try to spice it up a bit by offering caramelised onion, or something?).

Tried some of the local beers and these were good. Apparently the flavours available change regularly.

The owners are renovating this already majestic premises and it’s going to be a fantastic spot on everyone’s wheatbelt tour.

I recommend it.

Great tasting meals, ordered the streak, seafood basket and kids nuggets and chips. Lots of seating choices if you have kids, away from the bar area.
