Purchased a business that had an old Multicam machine. This thing was a dinosaur. Instead of helping me get the business on its feet and then trying to sell me a new machine. The team at multicam thought that every opportunity was one to bend me over...and help fund their holiday plans. Such a missed opportunity. Given the way they have treated me I guess its an insight in to the future...

Have been helpful since we purchased the machine from them in 2019. However we purchased a bit from their recommended supplier, however when a staff member rang up to ask for assistance with installing the bit they refused to help. Considering we've invested over $100k in their machine it would have been some help to assist.

Never buy a Multicam! The service department don't care and sell you add-ons that they then refuse to service when something goes wrong.
