As a more mature student with lots of customer service experience, the service in here is consistently appalling. Every visit I come across very miserable and unhelpful staff at the checkout (sorry about my brutal honesty), and it leaves me not wanting to come in next time. Also, the prices are outrageous. I understand there are students in there just having to earn some extra money, but there should be some extra training or something in here, and students are going in here whilst also likely having a stressful day.

Just visiting the campus, I was shocked to see these prices for UNIVERSITY STUDENTS.
I also bought a $7 cheese toastie that upon eating realised it had been there since the morning.. threw it in the bin.
I'd urge the university to get a mum n pop type store in here, because if a company as large as IGA can't provide commercial prices or quality, then what purpose are they serving besides ripping people off?

Great selection of drinks, and a good coffee machine, but food from the hot/cooked section is unreliable e.g., the fries ($5) were seriously undercooked for the second time this month. They needed at least another full minute in the fryer.

Has a decent range of food, a bit over priced, normally am pretty happy however I paid $10 for a toasted Turkish roll, as it said on the packet, ended up being a hot dog bun that had been toasted. Definitely not worth the price for a hot dog with a chilli strip and some cheese, dry and bland, apparently there is mayo in it, but I really can’t taste it

It's insane how overpriced everything is in this IGA.... this is in a UNIVERSITY for STUDENTS. They charge $10-11 for a wrap that looked like it was half a wrap cut in two? I also tried a "toasted" panini the other day and it was already soggy..

Ridiculously overpriced and under stocked. Airport prices on a university campus is disgraceful. Wouldn't eat any of the food made on premises, greasy and bland. Really need to step their game up. Absolute joke.
