Where do I start. This had to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced, the man barely greeted us and when we asked to look at the canopy’s on display he wouldn’t let us inside the shop and told us to go outside and look at a car, ok? When we asked question about the car we were greeted with attitude and him questioning us like we were stupid. First time buyers of a canopy this is not what you’d expect. 5k down the drain for him and that business. HORRIBLE rude man

Very dissatisfied and negative shopping experience.
Purchased a Gas Bottle Carrier that was marketed as being suitable for a 4kg bottle, however after purchasing the carrier and getting it home, found that the carrier was too small to accommodate a 4kg bottle.
Upon return of the item, I was told that a refund would take up to 10 business days to process and paid into my nominated account. The store is able to process an EFT transaction for the purchase but do not use the same technology to process a refund. When challenged about this both the store and there head office quoted company policy. I found the staff to be rude, discourteous and unhelpful. Will definitely not be shopping MW Manufacturing in the future.

Got a MOTOP rooftop tent on the weekend. Spoke with Alex and he helped us alot with making our mind up, would highly recommend this place, they had some amazing canopy's there.
