As a first-time bike buyer with little knowledge, I had a great experience at this bike store. Miguel was genuine, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently guided me through the process, helping me try out bikes, helmets, glasses, and pretty much everything in the store—without ever making me feel pressured.

The quality of the products is excellent, and the value for money is great. The store itself has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, making the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially new bike buyers, looking for quality bikes and great customer service.

Exceptional Service!

We were on the hunt for the bike for our nearly 7 year-old daughter. Initially, we had our sights set on a competitor’s store, but the lackluster service and hardly any bikes in her size to try that we encountered there prompted us to explore other options in Osborne Park. We needed a shop that offered a selection of bikes, that she could try and feel comfortable on, especially since our daughter had just transitioned off training wheels.

As soon as we entered My Ride, we were genuinely impressed. Miguel, who assisted us exuded expertise and listened to our needs. He recommended two bikes, and the second one turned out to be ideal.
To our daughters delight, it was available in a color that she loved!

From this experience , we wont shop anywhere else now for bikes . Thank you for the outstanding service—it's a rare gem these days!

Spoke with Nuno over the phone about getting some parts for my Trek Emonda, he was happy to help. When I came in store he helped me remove the old stripped screw too. Very polite and very helpful. He also let me order some parts I need for the future, while I was there.

Called in on boxing Day to see if I could get a spoke key as my back wheel was buckled, the owner said no need as he would true my wheel up for me, which he did within 2 hours. Above and beyond Cannot thank him enough,

We are really happy with both the sales and repair service at My Ride. Nuno and his staff are super friendly and professional. Nuno heated up some Portuguese custard tarts and we reminisced about our cycling holiday in Portugal last year, while our new bikes were given the final check over! We even brought my wife's old bike back the next day for a repair (bottom bracket bearing replacement) before packing it away in the garden shed. We would happily recommend My Ride to all levels of cyclists. Perth needs more "one-off" family run stores like this rather than the faceless chain stores where profit comes before service!
