Staff were amazing, their knowledge was expert and they were really helpful. We purchased 2 NCM bikes, a Yakima bike rack, helmet and mobile phone fitting. The staff (Gary and Keely) knew their merchandise and gave us expert advice and a very competitive price. We have just taken our bikes for the first big run (20km) and are really happy with their quality and performance. We highly recommend this business and will definitely be return customers. The bike we originally got for my son for Christmas ended up being the wrong bike for him Jo who served us made sure that my son had the right bike and was comfortable, Excellent customer service wasnt pushy and spent the time with us will definitely recommend my ride for anyone wanting to purchase a bike. Really helpful team there, I wanted to replace the derailer on my bike and the mechanic was very busy and could not book me in for a while but talked me through how I could do it my self and sold me all the parts I needed.

Amazing service from Wayde. I recently purchased a Scott Spark 950 and a few other accessories from MyRide. The service was excellent, he dialled in the pressures and bike fitment for me at no charge.

The bike is an absolute ripper. I love it!
