Just spoke to a lady on the phone about the moisture inside my Hilfiger watch which sees only water from washing my hands. Was spoken to very rudely. I collect watches and know exactly what im talking about when it comes to accepted amounts of water on certain watches and am very careful. Absolutely disgusted and will be taking it further with management...

Harrison is amazing. Probably the best if not one of the best customer service I’ve had. He was really helpful, including telling me which store had stock of the product and putting their stock on hold for me to collect. I called the store once I had left, as I’d forgotten to grab another product whilst there and he immediately found what I was after and put it on hold. Tip tier customer service and I’ll be shopping here again.

Went to buy a bra from here, something I was putting off as my size is quite hard to find. I had the best customer service experience with Sarah (I hope I've remembered her name right). She measured my size, showed me a huge range of options I didn't even know I had the possibility of buying, and hyped me up so much. She genuinely made my shopping experience, and she's a treasure to her workplace.

My sister and I brought my mother into the booragoon lingerie store on Saturday. We were met by a woman named Deb who went over and beyond to make her feel comfortable whilst being fitted for bras. Not an east feat with mobility issues. She made her experience so fun and was so respectful. Deb is an absolute treasure and delight to deal with from helping return the bras that were purchased online to help with a fitting and putting mum at ease. She is a credit to the store and we will certainly be looking for her next time!

Went to Myer Garden City today for Black Friday sales and received excellent service in ladies wear, the girls were extremely helpful in finding the top I really wanted and ordered it for me online and I payed in store, they could of easily said no we don’t have it but they went out of their way to find it for me, great service thanks 🤩

Disgraceful customer service yesterday! I went in to buy a watch ...no sales assistant available and had to ask a sales assistant on a nearby counter to find someone to serve me (he was busy texting on his mobile at the time). Waited 10 mins at least beside the watch counter, during which time security came running across the shop and quite rudely asked me what I wanted, creating quite a spectacle. Finally a sales assistant arrived, somewhat apologetic but highly irritated. Not really good enough.

Specially thank to Jaz and Amy from MAC. They are so womderfully nice and knowledgeable of tge products they are selling. I spent a fair bit on MAC prpducts today in order to ensure my new routine which includes almost daily makeup will go smoothly for my skin is sensitive.
If you ever need a do-over, i highly suggest you go to these two experts to beautify you up :)) xx
