Very quiet.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced today. My sister and I spent over 30 minutes in the makeup section, only to be repeatedly told that the staff responsible was on a break. No one else bothered to assist us, and we were left standing there feeling completely ignored.

Considering it’s Boxing Day—a peak shopping day—it’s unacceptable that there weren’t enough staff rostered to manage the crowds. This lack of preparation and disregard for customers’ time reflects poorly on the store.

Terrible
Tried calling twice, go through auto recording twice, wait to be transferred to desired department twice, call terminated twice.

How can we order anything?
How can we rely on customer service if you can’t get this easy step right?

Went into the store. Staff standing around talking g, don’t look up, don’t know where anything is, rude and arrogant.

I visited the DIOR counter to exchange a lip shade I had mistakenly purchased yesterday. At first glance her look was very miserable . At least, smile at your customer, or if not then don’t give that shady look.
The staff member was extremely rude, plus when she open the lid insisting that the product had been used. She pointed out that the inside part of lip gloss wand had stain of lip shade on it, which she claimed was evidence of usage and hygienic issue which I know. I wouldn’t come there to exchange a used product. Despite my repeated attempts to explain that I hadn’t opened the product, she continued to accuse me in a manner that was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful.
What added to the clear line was the fact that upon examining another product which I ask for my justice, I noticed the same issue—a lip gloss wand had stain on it too, which was clearly how it was suppose to be. This indicated that the product line comes this way, without a plastic seal, as standard. However, instead of understanding the situation, she also said this is not how the gloss is suppose to be “ that’s nothing to do with customer that pays the product. The staff member accusatory attitude made me feel humiliated, as if I had to speak up just to exchange. She didn’t felt to apologise to the customer on blaming for using the product. As a customer you have right to change and speak up . for the very first time in my life , I found this treatment unacceptable and felt that the staff was unhelpful but also discriminatory. I strongly believe that no one should be subjected to such an experience based on assumptions or prejudice. At the end I was able to get gift card refund.
I hope staff named Sophie be kind and have a smile on the face before serving a customer.

I would like to express my appreciation for Tom in the Home department at the Morley Galleria store.

I visited the Morley store on the morning of Thursday, December 5th, to look for a bowl that I had seen online, which was listed as "in stock" at the Morley store. I couldn't find the specific item on the shelves, so I asked for assistance. Tom was the one who helped me, and he went above and beyond to locate the product. His efforts to provide excellent customer service were truly appreciated. He definitely deserves a pay raise.

Usually my go-to store for a quick shop or to pick up a click and collect order.

Had to pop in last night during extended trading hours to buy a couple of things that I wanted to look at in person beforehand (hence not doing a click and collect order).

The staff working were very unhelpful and wasted nearly an hour of my time telling me to wait for them to retrieve the stock at the back only to then be told that they themselves cannot unpack the order, and go ask another team member who then also out of purely laziness made up another excuse.

Luckily we still had a bit of time to rush up to Karrinyup store where they were more than happy to help with what we wanted to purchase.
