You have to love Myer. Came in to grab a Christmas gift from the cosmetics counter. Saturday 10am. According to one of the staff stocking shelves nearby, all the cosmetic staff are out back in a meeting... seriously? 4 days before Christmas! LOL

The ladies on the perfume counter are so beautiful, I was served immediately with such a lovely lady . Purchased my face perfume and she gave me a free gift wow . I would recommend them all.

Millie in womenswear was absolutely lovely and her service was fantastic! The other girl serving at the counter wasn't very helpful so Millie came over and she was such a gem, helping me with my purchase.

I bought sunglasses about a month ago and register lady said that I can return them within 60 days. And today, 19 of Jun 25, I wanted to retorn them cuz the person I bought didnt like it. And I met the same lady, and she said that purchase must’ve been within 30 days. (Like what!?!?!) But luckily the purchase was made around 29th of Dec.
So, I told that lady I want to return sunglasses. (they were in absolutely perfect condition, without any marks and scratches) That lady went to consult with her colleague (and apparently scratched sunglasses) and she said that she cant make a refund because there was a scratch. Unfortunately, I didnt had any proof that she scratched them or maybe it was an accident (cuz her nail were pretty long), so I left it as is.
Overall, I am really dissatisfied with this shop and service.

DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS! They expire and Myer at all levels refuses to honor them. Myer just barely complies with absolute minimum ACL requirements (that are designed to keep small businesses afloat - not multibillion dollar conglomerates).
- Most expensive retailer
- Woeful customer service and experience
- Almost no staff to assist
- Staff present are commission based
- Evidently soon to declare bankruptcy so scamming what they can while they can

I didn’t catch her name, but there was a really lovely woman with a septum piercing who helped me out with grabbing a card holder and a box set of facial cleansers, she was so lovely and really helpful. Thank you 🫶
