I recently had a bit of a plumbing emergency. Nathan came out within a couple of hours of my call. He explained what was happening and what needed to be done very easily and clearly. He was very kind and helpful, even putting me in touch with someone to drain my septic tank. I would highly recommend Nathan for a professional, affordable service.

He repaired a water pipe my hubby hit whilst doing renovations and on the week end too. Having children it was a nightmare not having any water overnight and it
Was a nightmare trying to get someone out then when we did another mob
Quoted way over $1000 so we told them go away seriously not going to happen.
I then sent Nathan a message explaining the damage and what we got quoted and if he could possibly fit us in. Omg not only did he, He came out within 15 min.

Booked them in but they never turned up (no call and didn't answer phone). Got a hold of the guy a few days later and he said he'd have a look and get back to us - unsurprisingly this didn't happen. Massive waste of time and very unprofessional.
