We love our sparkling, clear and chemical-free Naked Pool and love the after-sales service, especially from Tech Support. While building our home the last couple of years Naked Pools has consistently provided service well above my expectations. Post-Covid it's been hard to find this level of customer care and quick responses to my questions. Well done Naked Pools! Keep up the great work. I certainly hold this company in high esteem and highly recommend their product.

Why doesn't everyone have a Naked Pool? I guess you don't know what you are missing until you've experienced a Naked Pool.

Naked Swim system is truly amazing.

To get in the pool with fresh clean water day in and day out is perfect.

After owning a Naked system for 18 months, I can say that for my pool it has never been able to keep the bacteria away. We built a brand-new home with a pool and have only been able to swim in it a handful of times, which was usually within 5 days of constantly refilling it in the past 18 months. My pool, which is fully tiled with mosaics and white grout faces North and we are located on the Gold Coast and this system simply cannot keep up in the warmer climates to fight bacteria. My tiles and grout go black after 10 days and after thousands spent, over 15 pools tests, multiple acid washes, pool draining, refills and visits from Naked Staff we finally made the decision to remove the system. Naked first changed the flow direction of water, then they tried increasing the Naked output but this was it, in their words they couldn’t do anymore for me as they maxed their settings. Additionally, i thought i was reasonable and gave Naked the opportunity to work with my conditions to better their product for other customers and asked for a refund of 50% and now they deny the responsibility and want nothing to do with it because I choose to remove the system on my own. Furthermore, Naked said they would have liked to be more involved but hey after 18 months of little to no swimming and weekly visits to the pool shop, I wasn’t going to waste more time and another summer and deny my kids more time away from their pool. Naked offered to continue coming to my house and getting more involved but constantly draining the pool to acid wash the black grout to then refill has been very stressful and expensive. Finally, having had multiple discussions with various Gold Coast pool shops, their own distributors, unfortunately this is common so I would certainly ring around before you make your decision. It may work in other environments, it also may work in the colder months of the year so dont get a false sense of hope but certainly not at mine, unless you want to add 10 litres of chlorine in it per week because thats what we had to do if we wanted to swim.

Great system! We wanted a 'true' fresh water experience with our new pool and what we got from the NKD1 system was so much more! The clarity and freshness of the water is something we've never experienced in any other pool. Kids spend hours in the pool without getting any irritations. The automation of the system is just the best... literally does everything for you!

I did lots of research on the sanitation system for our new fibreglass pool and finally decided on the NKD1 system. This enables my family to have a nice fresh water swim and for me to enjoy the superior control system (set and forget).

We all love the 'soft' water feeling when swimming and not having to deal with the salt in the clothes, hair or on the skin. The imperceptible amount of chlorine produced by the system also means my kids don't get sore eyes from the hours they spent in the pool each day.

As we are on tank/bore water we have to be careful with our water use. It is a real bonus to be able to use the discarded water from the pool directly in the garden.

The pool company took some time between filling the pool and installing the NKD1 system which meant the pool went green. The photo I have attached below shows the pool only 24 hours after the NKD1 was switched on – we were very impressed.

I had a question about the system just after it was installed as the pool company did not add the small amount of salt to the water to get the system started (which the manual said they should). I rang the Naked Pools service number on a Saturday afternoon and left a message (I’m in WA so it was very late afternoon in QLD). I got a call back from Justin that afternoon who talked me through the issue and advised the right amount of salt to add to the pool – great service.

I only had one other time to call the service number after I played around with the control settings myself and the water went a little cloudy (I forgot about the set and forget feature of the system). Again Justin was able to troubleshoot over the phone and advise me very diplomatically I should just put it back to the factory settings. This returned the pool back to sparkling within a day.

The only work I have to do is keep the water balance right which you need to do with any pool sanitation system.

When showing our new pool and fresh water system off to family and friends I have had more than one person ask me, "Why doesn’t everyone have this system?" Good question.

Darren was super helpful when it came to navigating a few minor issues we were having. The YouTube Videos to further explain what he was asking us to do were clear and very easy to follow. I highly recommend the Naked Pool system and give their customer service rating 10/10!

Had a small issue with copper ion rods. Contacted Naked pools and a technician came out the next day and rectified the problem.
