Great to see a traditional butcher's shop.
The shop frontage as nice historical stickera which ads to the theme of the shop
Friendly and informative staff. I was happy to see young staff learning the trade.
The display is excellent, I personally bought the ribeye, which had great marbling

Placed an order on the Tuesday to pick up on Friday at 10:30am. Got there a bit after 11am and they hadn’t even started it, despite it being in the book.
They did a rush job to get it ready, wasn’t exactly what I asked for.
No apology.
I won’t be back.

Keep up the awesome work, food and helpful knowledge.
All the 4 plus stars are founded and when i read the 1 & 2 star reviews they are so far from what my entire families experience has been.
When it comes the comments regarding the owner and his staff would possibly be due to the attitude put towards them.
I have found them nothing but helpful, friendly and if the people making the comments would have the ability of working from 0600am - 1800pm plus another couple of hours either side I myself cut them a little slack as i know i would be struggling to smile at people, who just want to hand out unwanted / unfounded criticism after 5 minute interaction which makes some people apparent experts into other people.

The most amazing Butchery...the exquisite range of culinary delights brilliantly crafted by expert talented magicians of meat. The quality is extraordinary and consistent,always succulent and tantalisingly delicious with the option of incredible mouthwatering creations of the highest quality meat and perfectly paired seasonings and herbs.
Everyone there have always been helpful and patient and willing to share knowledge and suggestions when asked.
