Couldn't be bothered blowing up a balloon for us. Yes, we got there 11.50 they close at 12 but how long does it take to blow up a balloon. Not impressed at all.

DISGUSTED IN SERVICE!!!
COMPLETE BUNCH OF BOGANS.
WILL ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT WHAT YOU WANT AND THE OLD LADY WITH PINK HAIR THEN SEEMED LIKE SHE GAVE AWAY THE GENDER. (OUT OF SPITE) which is a HORRIBLE thing to do.

Completely destroyed our day (luckily we were able to give in our paperwork and order from party planet) If you have brains you wont use this store, it's filled with unsavoury characters that argue with you and its full of TRASH. Just don't do it to yourself

used them for a work grand opening. the owners were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. everything was organised by phone . they did the set up and pull down. would have no hesitation in recommending them
