Firstly big shout out to Dean and Krissy for being most informative and accommodating with our booking. They’re both very friendly and helpful people who ensured we had a great time and a wonderful experience and made us feel right at home the moment we arrived.

We stayed in the Jarrahwood cottage and it was amazing. If serenity and tranquility is what you’re after you will find it here in spades. The views were stunning, and the hot tub on the balcony was the icing on top.

The fireplace kept us warm and the amenities were more than ample for our needs, everything is there you need to be self sufficient and cook your own meals (BBQ also). Not to mention drinking rainwater for our stay there was a welcomed bonus.

We stayed here with a toddler and a baby and we had no problems. There is a TV, DVD player and some random DVDs to keep everyone occupied.

Would highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to enjoy the amazing bushland in style and with hosts that are always happy to help.

Thanks for having us in your wonderful establishment, we look forward to returning again!

Spa was beautiful, very comfortable to sit in and beautiful views from balcony, king size bed was one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept in, water flowing nicely in shower and chalet so warm with fire and reverse cycle air conditioning/heating. However, I was disappointed at the lack of cleanliness. Flies on the windowsill, plates in the cupboard not washed properly. A mismatch of plates and serving bowls, no coffee (instant packets) when we arrived at night and lack of directions to use TV which was sorted out for us the next day and promptly too. I found an essential oil diffuser gathering dust on top of the fridge which I gave pride of place on the bench as it had a lovely mood light. Office lamps on the bedside tables? No cushions on the sofas. Faded outdated pictures on the walls. Blowen globe in the lights. Nowhere to hang tea towels. No face cloth, or hand towels. Attention to detail was sadly lacking and at the price I paid I expected a lot more. Very simple and inexpensive to put a little thought into what would make the chalet homely and add a few creature comforts. I’m not sure if the covid19 drama meant money was short or staff had been let go but the standard seen in past reviews was not as good as what has described. Extremely difficult finding the place and signs to the chalet are not easy to see in the dark as the placement of the signs don’t face towards the road but off to the side. We were given explicit directions by email before we left and should have followed them, but didn’t! However, the sign at the bridge was still unable to be seen in the dark. My advice would be don’t arrive at night as roads are steep and muddy and visibility is dangerous at night.

We have just spent two nights as a group of 7 Ladies and i can highly recommend this beautiful house. We had the Garden and Lake View Houses and two of the Bedrooms in the main house. The Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the beds were comfy. We had the use of the Lounge in the main house and the views are amazing. We booked to do Yoga one morning which was in taught in its own yoga space which also has an amazing outlook. Leisa was a fantastic host and was on hand for us without being intrusive. There is an outdoor deck which was too chilly for us to sit outside on as we visited in August, but this would be lovely in the Summer Months. I would definitely like to return and revisit in warmer months to get a different feel of the surrounds. Nannup Town is less than 10 mins in the car and is very quaint and worth a visit. I intend to return one day and it’s the place to stay if you are wanting to visit Nannup.

I hate giving bad reviews, however I booked and paid $1000 for a 5 day water fast retreat.

After a mis-understanding from reading the company webpage, I was told that the water fast wasn't available at the time of booking.

I then asked for a refund because the service I paid for wasn't on offer but was unfortunately denied.

It's a shame because it's the only place that offers this service in the region.

Stayed in the Treetop Cottage for 2 amazing nights. We arrived an hour early which was unforeseen and it was not a problem, directions were perfect lovely scenic drive. Leisa the owner was welcoming let us know there was a problem with the water but she was onto it, within 10 minutes she had the problem sorted. The cottage stands 15-20 feet off the ground surrounded by gorgeous nature and wildlife. The cottage was really clean and the pictures just don’t show how great the place is. There is a nice spa on the balcony which is private and can’t be seen from the other cottage which is located 100 metres away. The town is just 10 mins away with a bit to see and a lot of friendly people. The Nannup Cafe has nice food and reasonably priced. Went for a walk down the gravel road and there is a bench that had amazing sunrise views and beautiful scenery a must see. We didn’t use the fire place found the cottage kept good temperature. The used the spa at night which was very relaxing to end the day, the water is fresh rain water which was great. The bed was really comfortable with lovely fresh linen and comfy pillows. The shower has great water pressure which is a must. In the morning the kangaroos and rabbits were around the cottages and the birds were singing. There is a bbq on the balcony which is always good. The balcony covers the entire cottage so views from all angles. We found the cottages one of the best places we had stayed in, it’s private, relaxing, lovely setting, perfect location, clean, Leisa was very accommodating and a lovely lady. We would definitely come back again probably more than 2 nights next time.

We stayed for 2 nights and found it very relaxing and hospitality by Lisa was excellent. A healthy breakfast of yoghurt and a delicious fruit salad were provided as well as toast etc. Fruit bowl with local produce was available for guests. Beautiful setting overlooking valley seen from a very large patio. Luxury bathroom adjacent to room shared with one other guest. Beautiful bedroom, comfortable firm bed and extremely clean room. |

Stunning scenery, tremendously welcoming atmosphere and premiere service start to finish. The exact remote secluded environment we were seeking, matched with the relaxed, comforting features.
We will definitely be back again often, a magnificent experience, and worthy of a mandatory item on anyone's bucket list.

Perfect, the peace and quiet, birds singing and just being able to immerse ourselves in nature was what we needed! The beautiful Leisa Harding could not do enough for us! Great breaky! The beautiful energy of this place is so re-energizing and the views are stunning! We will definitely be back.........and SOON! RHONDA! X
