I purchased the Wooden Baby High Chair | 3in1 Highchair with Tray and Bar (Beech)- on 16th May and used a few times. We quickly realised the poor quality of build and unsafe straps. As you can see pictured you can see the wood splintering on the tray (Unsafe! ) and the poor quality straps with incorrect placing make the baby lean to one side (Unsafe!) This caused a pretty significant rope burn on my baby. When I contacted the company about this and wanting a refund. They only offered to replace the tray table and told me that I should check the straps weren't to tight. Obviously we checked the straps multiple times and adjusted with the same effect of leaning baby and a bit of skin trauma.

I do not feel comfortable to give this away to any one so it will be going in the trash. I was one day out of the 30 days when processing this claim and they were totally in flexible about it. Beware!! I would give zero stars.

I was sceptical at first as I’ve never purchased from Nanny Annie before but my experience was fantastic.

We go away frequently and the standard style portacots provided in hotels and airbnbs don’t cut it. I have a special needs Bub who’s almost two but small for her age. She has a PEG feeding tube (feeding port near her belly button) and requires feeds through the night…I purchased the Star Kids Amico Portacot as I loved the side opening feature which means feeding my daughter through her feeding port is so much easier when I’m not bent over a cot trying to reach down to connect her feeding tube and having to stay hunched over for 30-60 mins each feed!

Cot was super easy to assemble and pack down and comes in a great little travel bag. My daughter loved it and it’s the perfect size for her ☺️ Very sturdy and secure. Online shopping experience on the website was very easy. Shipping was super fast and I was kept updated every step of the way.

When we first received the Star Kidz Prossimo, it had blue markings all over the side straight out of the box. Hoping it was a one-off issue, we gave the benefit of the doubt and returned it, requesting an exchange because we liked the design. Unfortunately, the replacement also arrived with blue markings - fewer this time, but still unacceptable for a brand new product.

I reached out to Nanny Annie’s team to resolve the issue but found their customer service disappointing. Being heavily pregnant, I didn’t want to keep dealing with returns and exchanges, so I reluctantly accepted their offer of a $30 store credit. However, the credit barely covered the $30 we had already spent on shipping and didn’t feel like proper compensation for a damaged product.

When I realised they offered a store credit instead of a refund (misread the email), I protested and explained that this was our second defective co sleeper and that I would not be a returning customer and would prefer a refund. Their response was dismissive, essentially saying, “Thanks for understanding,” without addressing my concerns.

This experience has been frustrating, and the resolution offered was far from satisfactory. Nanny Annie needs to do better, not just in quality control but also in customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this product or company.

After reading all the glowing reviews online, I ordered the Nu Byron Activity Rectangle Table & 2 Chairs Set on 10/12/2024 as a special Christmas gift from Santa for my 5 year old daughter. While I understand that delays can occur during the busy holiday season, I am deeply disappointed that the package never arrived.
When I contacted the Nannie-Annie Team for an update, I was initially informed that the courier had flagged the package as undelivered. This morning, I received another update stating that the package had been lost. Despite repeatedly emphasizing the sentimental value of this gift and its importance to my family, I felt there was a lack of empathy and genuine care in the responses I received. I do appreciate your offer to send a replacement when your store reopens on 06/01/2025, but unfortunately, the special significance and momentum of the Christmas present have been lost for my family. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening, especially considering the high expectations I had based on the fantastic reviews.

The playpen is just perfect. I really wanted one that my baby can interact with, and the nanny Annie playpen does just that. He can't get enough of the little activities in the walls. It keeps him safe and busy so I can get my mum things done without having to worry! Sturdy plastic, and the adjustable sizes means it fits perfectly in our lounge room. Would 100% recommend

Great quality high chair, which looks fantastic!!. The movable seat and foot stand will allow our child to grow with the chair and it is fantastic to have multiple options with the tray, barrier and eventually being able to push it into our dinning room table. Highly recommend!!
