I went into the store the other day to purchase a coffee machine. I could not see the one that I wanted on the shelf but there was one under the shelf in a box. I enquired from a shop attendant (who had a mouth full of gum) if he would open the box for me, he replied that there was one on the shelf when I suggested that this was not the case he was about to argued with me. He could not get us out of the shop quick enough . Bad look!

Had a problem with a new purchase. Always a very long wait In the store. Owner dragged our tv box up the walkway from the back of the store, later in the conversation said she doesn't have to help us, when I asked if they had our details she ignored me. Said I was rude when I repeated my question and commented I must have had lemon for breakfast. Other sales guy rolled his eyes at us when checking for our details on the receipt. But I'm the rude one. Will travel to Perth to avoid.

I purchased my lounge and tv a few months ago and customer was really good , they told me they deliver for $80 and will set it up and also take all the rubbish with them , and I thought that amazing as there’s so much cardboard to get rid of , when it came to the day they delivered it unfortunately they just drop it inside the house and left , didn’t help with the set up at all , so that was really disappointing since the service was really good in store and I’m still trying to get ride of all the cardboard now

Customer service goes a long way but if you talk every thing up and say you’ll do something and then don’t follow up with it , it’s really disappointing
