We booked our car in for Warranty work. They manipulated us and completed work without our consent. In addition the work was not even completed! When we contacted to rectify it took over a week and the response to our discussion was “do you want me to call your husband?”
Incredibly unprofessional. Go anywhere else.

Wish I could give 10 stars!!!! Steve and the team at Narrogin Ford were amazing and went above and beyond when we purchased our new Wildtrak! Good old fashioned country service and willing to go the extra mile to help out! Steve even had his dad pick us up from Busselton to collect our new car! We were so impressed with this dealer!

Based in Perth, I was looking for a quality vehicle for my daughter, I found one in Narrogin. The experience that we received at this country dealership was far and above better than the city sale yards.
