Very pressured and rude call centre staff speaking too quickly to be understood so had to ask him to slow down & repeat himself a few times. Just speaking over me.
His demeanor made it seem like he was demanding payment when I returned their call 10 minutes later after receiving 2 texts!

Also cc agent wasnt answering my questions about whether the meds were actually ready & prepared.
One text said it was & other demanded payment- Cc didn’t seem to know. Put on hold & back n forthing.
A very unpleasant experience overall.
Its already anxiety inducing having to collect as its a 5-7 day wait if posted.

5-7 business days to post local is absurd & charging $15 to express and then only get it 4 days later is not a great service.

This company has been difficult to deal with in the past especially when things go wrong -as one has to plan to get meds before they run out- fair enough. But then when they do go wrong its is not streamlined.
Surely if this is your business then you’ve figured out the supply chain?

Spent $210 on medication that should have been refrigerated-great that it was sent with a cold bag but useless when delivery happens a day earlier than expected and I get no notification. It sat in my letterbox until I checked tracking this morning and found it had been delivered almost 12 HOURS ago. $210 down the drain thanks for nothing NCC ?

Thankyou for the products, but your delivery time was 3 weeks! That is way too long when sending out needed medication, so you should consider using a different courier next time please.

Please note, meds may be ready in 1-2 days, but the website and receptionist doesn't tell you you have to wait 4 business days after that for delivery to a pharmacy. My pharmacist didn't tell me that either when I gave them my 'script. I found this out when I called NCC again 2 days later, asking about delivery time.
Website just says:- "Patient is quoted price(s) and time frame (typically 1-2 business days) by their local pharmacist." That's only the case if collecting from Gooding Dr., Merrimac.
My meds were made up on 31/12 and delivery to my local chemist by Aramex took 6 business days. So with a public holiday and weekend, I waited 9 days to receive order!
When ordering near Xmas note:- During the Xmas week, NCC is open on the business days, but no meds are made up that week. So in total, dropping the 'script off 23/12, I had to wait 17 days to collect from my chemist!
Then on top of that, my chemist tells me there's a $5 delivery fee, only when I paid them on the day they came in, not when I gave them the prescription. AND this fee is not on the NCC website.
I've found compounding pharmacy prices can vary up to nearly $14 for the same item, so if on a budget, it's good to get your doctor to write your scrips on separate forms, if you want to use different pharmacies and have multiple prescription items.
I used to always use AcPharm, but NCC has some much better prices on some items, but their price for my progesterone capsules was $9.45 dearer.
NCC's receptionist is a bit hard to understand due to her (Asian I think) thick accent, and she asked me twice what I said, and I had to also ask her to repeat a sentence. If she could talk a bit slower, she would be easier to understand.

I ordered first thing Friday morning, & asked if the product was on the shelf & available to be posted asap. I was told that yes it is on the shelf, I also requested it be sent by a courier not Aus Post. The money was taken from my account on Friday. It is now Tuesday morning & I’ve just been notified that it being sent with Aus. Post and only leaving today.
So I’m not very satisfied with the service or the time it has taken to be sent. The gentleman who took my call was very helpful, but I’m dissatisfied with the time it has taken to get the product out to me when I know it was able to be dispensed.
