Michael, the owner of the company is very unprofessional. He thinks there is no problem with his product when in fact there is.
He doesn't return phone calls and is quite rude.
The globes don't even last 12 months.
I had to supply and install lights out of my own pocket because he would not address this issue. He has every excuse, broken down cars, unloading shipping containers, etc.
His product is garbage and I will never buy this brand ever again and will tell others in my industry all about this.
Michael, this negative review is your fault, you need to look after your customers and if you can't then get someone who will.

Have been using the switch gear for about a year now from power points to the switches and even the plug bases. Not one problem.

I also like how the weather proof power points are 3 screw terminals and all the finishes on the products are nice. Good work guys.

Also just between us can i buy direct ? 🙂👍

License electrical contractor for 22 years and believe me, this companys product is absolutely rubbish.. Michael the owner can't stand by his products or back any warranty claims. From a contractor point of view and the safety of your family, stay away from this company product. As you can see from the reviews below, Michael is so quickly to blame the customer or " a competitor ". This is the pathetic attitude of the company. Instead of resolving the problem and working with there customers.
Think of your family before you think of installing any of there products.

Brought some 15W lighting from another supplier who doesn’t deal with NLS anymore. Told me to contact the manufacturer directly to secure my replacement lights. Upon calling and explaining the situation to them, they said they still couldn’t help me out. I’m now stuck with 3 downlights that have failed within 8 months and fear the rest will slowly start dying out. The box says a 2 year is provided, the supplier who I purchased from said 2 years, how am I supposed to get replacements if the manufacturer is refusing to honour their warranty

so i bought 2 nls fluorescent weatherproof fixtures to install in my garage. had a problem with on of the tubes starting up and i figured out that the tubes weren't touching the contacts properly but overall great product

Please stay well away from this company... electrical item are imported with no regulation. Certain items installed by licensed electrician found numerous fire hazards. Company has been reported to ACCC. Currently under investigation.
