Staff and produce are great but the aisles are narrow and crammed. It’s hard to get down some of the isles with a single pram due to display boxes used.

This is my local IGA and I really like it. Yes the aisles are tight, but the location is premium.

Has everything I need for a local shop. I like that they have people at checkouts, but some of the team could make more of an effort to help people pack their bags on occasion.

Small isles and hard too navigate but this young kid was awesome, he really helped me out i asked for his name and i think it was Bass. I came in on a Saturday and after he helped me find my products he served me and was so great but the manager was not as friendly.

17 02/25 update . Just had a lunch meal from IGAmt Haw5ho4n. Was amaizing and flavoursome. Great valuefor money also.

thank god for new management. now we only shop here not woolworth anymore. we love to support local hard working peopple. the new owner has done wonders we repay with shopping here instead of the big corporation. thank you keep it up

I like this IGA very much with regards to locality, freshness, variety and cleanliness.
However, the young cashiers managing the customers need training desperately. No eye contact, unfriendly, shy and often they’re busy chatting to each other whilst serving a customer..

Today I got no eye contact , had to ask for my receipt and no thank you. Makes me feel like taking my shopping somewhere else….
