Nav and his great team at NavFab helped us with an urgent mower repair. We bent a major component hitting a tree and had no idea how to resolve the issue. NavFab found a way to bent it back and did so in under 24 hours and so I was back to mowing.

Total waste of time. Contacted NavFab about getting a new bowsprit made for my boat.

Nav was initially very responsive and asked that I bring my boat in, which I did later that day. The boat is 10m on the trailer and 3.5T, so you don't just get it out of the shed and tow it around for kicks.

Nav wasn't there when I arrived and the staff said he wouldn't be back that day.

One of the staff came and took photos and a bunch of measurements and said they should come back with a quote in a few days.

After a month of not hearing anything, I followed up and received no response.

Absolute legend. So good and easy to work with. They get the job done no matter what it is, I would highly recommend them to anyone. If you don't think anyone can do it, they can. They get it done in no time at all, they work quick and produce quality. The time it took, customer service and pricing was all just 5 Star. Can't wait to tell my friends and go use them again!
