You wake up to your PC not working, and you give up after you discover that there's a red light on the motherboard that must mean something, but you can't seem to research more into yourself. You're stuck...

So you turn to google: "Computer Repair Shops near me".
The reviews for all these places are good. Plenty of reason to consider calling any of them. So that's what I did. I called any of them. I called them all...

I'm glad I did.

Some charged two hands and a foot per hour.
Others charged an arm and a leg upfront for diagnostics and your other arm and leg for any parts that require replacing.

The reviews for these places should read, "I felt like a transaction, and I was lucky (or unlucky) that my PC was fixed (wasn't fixed)".

NBIT was the final company I decided to call, as I had just settled for giving up my arm and a leg upfront for diagnostics... to try fix the computer myself with the information and my remaining limbs.

NBIT "Liam", was quite the standout.

I inquired the same two questions to all of the places I contacted:

- Do you provide a service to get my PC back up and running?
- How much roughly would this cost.

NBIT "Liam" replied saying "Can I ask you a few questions first?"

His expertise carried him where his literal vision was lacking. Even though I was naïve and perhaps could have articulated the situation better, he managed to directly find the fault, explain the fault, trouble shoot the fault (via guiding me) and actually 'fixed' the problem preventing my Computer to boot.

Where, other companies (as I speculate here) would have charged me for RGB fluid and GPU Thermal Paste. NBIT was more interested in Repairing Computers.

That, now. I know I can trust them. Like an old-school Aussie mechanic. Willing to slice some bread for you.

I wasn't treated like a transaction, but rather like a valued customer. His reputation if it isn't already, should be shining on the top tier list of Computer Repair shops in our region.

From this experience, they should be a default name that comes to mind when you have a computer related issue.

I'm here to testify that.
