Purchased a 1.6kg whole Nerang Park Poultry chicken from an IGA, after cooking, resulted flesh was inedible, similar to a silicone mat. I have been cooking chicken for more than 40 years, commercially and domestically. Not even worth one star.

Good. QC control. Favourite area. Carasel and bulk temperature controls. Really good .really important. Very very fit. Non smoker. Can handle the work. Routine work. Nice staff. The more practise the better. Documentation fine. Boxing chickens. I stretch .I.e. couple of hrs plus. MUST REMEMBER TO SIGN OFF PAIN LEVELS AT THE END OF DAY. AND REMEMBER MY GLOVES. THANKYOU.
