Finest quality of vanilla beans that I ever had. I got the long Madagascar vanilla beans (500gram pack) as a gift for my family in Israel. Even after 4 weeks in a suitcase it still was so fresh, oily and full if seeds beans that are clearly the finest quality

Neugini Naturals have amazing vanilla bean powder! I like to support local businesses and I’m so glad I came across this brand! I purchased vanilla beans from Neugini Naturals after doing some extensive research into buying vanilla beans from Australia. I was really pleased with the product. I only use the vanilla beans to make French Canelle using a Bordeaux recipe and they worked amazingly. Have had the beans for over a year now, and they still produce the same flavour so as long as you store it correctly they should definitely last up to 2 years. I 100% recommend products from Neugini Naturals.

I have been using a range of Neugini Naturals vanilla products for baking at a cafe for approximately 15 months. The extract, paste and beans are always excellent quality and give a value added flavour every time. Unfortunately this order, there was one of those once in a blue moon issues during delivery which was out of anyone’s control. Yet during every stage and step Steve, was open and always happy to help and get to the bottom of the issues. His efforts to be responsive to every inquiry and just that little extra mile was appreciated. For what is normally just an online order the customer service I experienced was 10/10. So thank you. If you want excellent vanilla products, a wide range, competitive prices, and good customer service- stop looking you have found the jack pot.

The B grade beans I bought to make vanilla essence are richly aromatic. They were a great price, arrived vacuum packed in thick plastic, and the staff at Neugini Naturals promptly sorted a problem with Australia Post. I’ll be buying more to make essence as gifts.
