We wandered in to Newart hoping they could help. Sharon was great! We bought 4 outdoor chairs, 2 bookcases and a desk. Everything was good quality and delivered when they said it would be. A very professional organisation who we'd go to again.

We found the customer service lacking, we were constantly calling for updates and provided vague timeframes. Clearly some miscommunication between sales and installation staff (installation were incredible). Wouldn't recommend. Quality of furniture is good, hence 2 stars.

What an awesome night we had back in March when Team Coconut won the Dinner with our own private chef from C'est Bon. The service was superb, the dinner absolutely delicious & the setting was to die for. Thanks so much to Lynne & Steve at Newart & Team C'est Bon.

Have had the pleasure of working with owners Steve and Lynne on many projects over the years (including remote areas), and will continue to do so thanks to their amazing customer service. They are always willing to help and without fail have gone above and beyond to provide the right product or the best custom design. They are happy to pack shipments in the most effective way depending on transport and road conditions. Support staff are super helpful and longstanding, a good sign of a great employer.
