From Ist contact through to receiving the site back from Newcastle Demolition, the process went flawlessly. Not being local in the area, we were referred to Newcastle Demolition by a builder who advised that Newcastle Demolition consistently provided them with a fair and reasonable price, and did a good job. Our once only demolition experience mirrored the builders experience. Kerri & Bree liaised with me by email, responding to my/our questions and concerns, and always responding in a timely manner. The demolition site was signed posted, fenced and it was apparent that asbestos removal was undertaken competently and prior to destruction to the main structure, as it should be. We had a recent flood relief pipe installed by Council within a 2 metre easement which required protection via a heavy machinery no-go zone. Newcastle Demolition recognized our concerns in this regard and ensured the zone was established, delineated and most importantly, the excacator on site

progressed in a timely manner,

During the pandemic my cleaning services were requested by this company to clean the fleet of work vehicles. To later find out they all had covid and were self isolating which was not explained. Then left unpaid! Terrible business to deal with. With dishonest moral standards. I would not recommend working for or hiring this company.

Excellent service, Tony and his crew fitted our demolition project in at the last minute and was very accommodating with our request for an early clearance certificate.
