excellent delivery service. (It helped that they were in my suburb!) The puddings were delicious as was the brandy sauces and salad dressings. I have frozen my second order for later in the year. My mother enjoyed her pudding too.

Very disappointing service. Dumped and run for delivery had to wait far to long for product to be shipped . Emailed the company and they ran out of cakes will be sent next week , and came today the cake is tiny and I will be having to buy another. But rest assured at $140.00 for poor service it won’t be with the pudding lady. Back to David Jones for us. And this is what you will be presenting Christmas Day pudding not much better .

I have been buying from Newcastle's Pudding Lady for a few years now, originally for Christmas puddings after I gave up cooking our old family recipe version (getting too hard as I get too old). Because of the quality of their traditional pudding, I have branched and tried other menu choices, puddings, sauces, biscuits, etc. Haven't been disappointed with my choices ever. Recommended to anyone who appreciates good local produce.

Can’t fault this business. This was the third year ordering their puddings. Not only did my order arrive so quickly within a few days of ordering but the pudding itself is super delicious. We always order the gluten free pudding and it tastes unbelievably good. I don’t think I can wait for Christmas 2025 to eat it again! Thank you Pudding Lady!

My sister-in-law asked me a two weeks before Christmas to bring a Christmas pudding....I'd never had to buy one before, so after looking on line and reading reviews, I thought I'd try The Pudding Lady. Wow!!! The pudding arrived quickly, and when we all sat down and ate it, everyone raved about it. I could hear them in the kitchen getting seconds, saying how delicious it was and it really was. I bought a 1.5 kg for 12 people (a 1kg would have been a good size too). Thank you pudding ladies, I will definitely be ordering again next year!

I bought 2 puddings! Mum used to make a fabulous traditional plumb pudding, but has stopped in recent years. When we had these on Christmas Eve the whole family loved them and we all agreed to buy again from the pudding lady next year! Ty loved them both! 5/5 stars

Excellent! I ordered a variety of Christmas puddings and toppings. They were all available, arrived beautifully packed, so completely safe, and surprisingly promptly as it IS a very busy time of year. And to complete the picture, everything is delicious. Will definitely order again next year. (As a bonus, cheaper than in the Dept Store where I have purchased in the past...) Thankyou so much. And Merry Christmas. ❤️🎄🎅

This was our first (2024) time ordering from the Pudding Lady. It can be stressful for our family to make a change especially when it comes to our two Xmas staples (plum pudding and Xmas cake). Oh my goodness your product exceeded our expectations and your Brandy custard is beyond amazing. What also makes your business impressive was the after sales service when one of our Brandy custard bottles was broken and was replaced in time for Xmas. Well at least our Xmas staples are sorted for 2025 😀
