I was a little apprehensive of placing an online order at first due to some negative reviews from last year being the most recent about online orders but had a great experience ! I placed the order on a Sunday and called the next day to ask how long the approximate wait time would be only to be told my order had already been packed and would be sent out that day which it was. I received multiple tracking notifications at every step of the process so I always knew where the order was and it was delivered literally 3 days after I placed the order (in Victoria). Haven’t tried the product yet as it’s a Christmas present but it looks exactly as described and was packaged really well ! Super happy and will definitely be placing another order with Newy again !

Love the products (the sparkles/colours are pretty, the cocktail kits are great and the gin blends are unique and interesting; people LOVE them as gifts!) and have always had great service from the team. Even better that it's a locally and family owned business and success story.

Newly opened to the public, we found the staff extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We got to taste quite a few gin and vodka samples at no charge. I ended up buying the Limencello for $55 and two small bottles of vodka for $20 each. (both weren't advertised on their menu, but good to know that there are some varieties of vodka available in smaller sizes )
We were told that the distillery is going to be opened as a cocktail bar in a couple of weeks on Friday and Saturday nights.

Bought as a gift and it looks just like the photos. Quite incredible actually.
Seems to be a lot of fussing over the delivery. I’d like to provide a bit of reassurance - Got 2 bottles in 2 days delivered to my work office, they used Star Shipit; whether that makes any difference? I dunno but I’m happy as.

The photos and videos don't do it justice! So much better in person!! Owners are super kind and genuine too! Caught the train from Sydney just to pick up my order and head straight back but Wish I got to stay longer to stare at all the different flavours and colors 🤩! Will definitely be buying again!!

The main area and toilets are amazingly clean, the alcohol is very tasty, and the service is excellent, friendly and fast (thanks Alice!). Highly recommend!

I received 2 broken bottles out of 7. I emailed photos straight away and I was told I would get replacements ASAP. I have rung 3 times and left messages on their phone which goes straight to voicemail and have emailed 4 times chasing. NO RESPONSE. This was for birthday presents and I have now been left with broken products and am out of pocket nearly $100. This is disgusting service. I am now looking into my legal options to get my money back.
